Warranty  Policy

Our office is 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will replace items in accordance with the policies below.
All prescription lenses and frame orders are considered special orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for, you will be charged the difference of the new frame cost.  A lens credit of 50% of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered. In addition, new shipping charges will incur.
Two Year Warranty On All Frames
Our office stands behind the quality of its frames. When you purchase a frame from us, we promise to repair or replace it, if needed, at no additional cost for 2 years from your original date of purchase. (exceptions: loss, theft, or extreme abuse)
One Year Warranty On Plastic Lenses With Scratch Resistant Coatings
Adding Scratch resistance coating will help protect your plastic lenses. But if they still become scratched to the point that it is affecting your ability to see through them, we will replace the lenses one time with the same prescription at no cost.
Two Year Warranty On Specialty Coatings
Normal lenses often create glare, reflections, and "ghost images."Now that can be eliminated with an anti-reflective coating. What we see is a result of light being sensed by our eyes. With untreated glasses, much of the light reflects off the lenses. This produces glare. It also reduces the wearer's visual acuity. In other words, the light reflections are a cosmetic and visual problem.
Anti-reflective treatments increase light transmission through the lenses to 99.5 percent. It makes it easier to see and easier for others to see you. These treatments are especially useful for those viewing computer screens and driving at night. There have been many advancements in the newer treatments. These improvements include scratch-resistance, smudge-resistance, and no more flaking.
We recommend only the highest quality anti-reflective treatments for superior optical performance. For this reason, our office offers a two-time replacement at no additional cost for a two-year period from the original date of purchase.
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. All prescription eyeglasses, prior to shipping is checked and pass a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy. We pride ourselves in our workmanship - accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that an error makes it through our system, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses to our 100% accuracy standard.
